Willis Robertson, 1964 and 1968 national elections, 1965 gubernatorial election, and Fenwick’s own 1963 and 1967 State senatorial campaigns and 1945 race for lieutenant governor and the contested results and court case in Wise County, Va.; Virginia constitutional amendments (1967-68), bond issue for higher education and mental health (1968), school integration and the Perrow Commission report (1959); and his tenure as member of Board of Visitors of University of Virginia and the development and expansion of George Mason College, Fairfax, Va.
