Includes material on election campaigns, political appointments, committee assignments, public school integration, General Assembly Special Session on the Revision of the Constitution (1969), and State Commission on Public Education. Correspondents include Watkins M. Abbitt, Garland Gray, and William M. Tuck, and Hutcheson’s father, Herbert Farrar Hutcheson, and brother, Charles Sterling Hutcheson.
