Most of the interviewees are from the Southeast (mainly Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, District of Columbia, and West Virginia). The Project Director is Dr. Patrick W. Carlton, formerly an associate professor at VPI&amp;SU but currently at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
