Attached is a copy of a letter from Virginia Attorney General J. Lindsay Almond, Jr. to T. Justin Moore and attorney from Richmond, VA. The letter gives Almond’s opinions on a court case, Davis vs. Large, et als. in Prince Edward County, VA and its relation to a case in South Carolina regarding segregation. Also attached is a typescript of an unattributed opinion on the fallacy of anti-segregationist arguments. |
